I had a picture on another site and someone we knew saw it and got the wrong idea. I protect my identity for privacy and for the sake of maintaining a professional appearance for my job.

My partner is the only one whose opinion about my appearance I really care about.

Hi guys,ther are two different kinds of in shape.You can lift every day and never be in shape you'll be stronger but not in shape.The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to burn calories.If you diet as soon as you stop it comes wright back.Dieting meaning wright is very important.Dont mean to sound like a know it all.

I agree dude diet is a very important consideration to being fit and healthy elephant

And just to add my wee bit as well..... exercising or weight's first thing in the morning works @ 300 times better!professor



Maybe we should start a picture progress thread, I'm sure the woman would love it, and may be some encouragement as wellbanana
