I was shopping on today and nearly bought a container of mixed fruit salad with granola and natural youghurt but decided not to when it was nearly 3euro and teeny weeny.....so....i bought the watermelon, grapes, kiwi and pineapple myself and a box of granola and the natural youghurt. My main problem is the melon is huge and I wont eat it all tomorrow when i cut it..but dont want to waste it either....any suggestions anyone?

It will keep in the fridge for 3 days or the freezer for longer. You can actually buy it in restaurants as Iced Melon.

dont put in an airtight container just wrap it in tinfoil ..... it will dry out in an airtight container and be fit for the bin

hiya sweetie ole mate... simplt take the melon off its skin..just the flesh.. then put in a water bath wit a tea spoon of sugar in a sealed container... will keep for a week or more..also it will absorb the mixture and become sweeter... do the same with a vodka mix instead of water and ya have a party kinda tequila thing with vodka shots!!
