So all this nice weather has me out in the garden again, planing my veg plot and iv extended the patio area outside the door. Who else is getting started in the garden?dancing

Hi Imelda, big plans for my back garden this Spring, have my nephew to help me with the heavy lifting, plenty to do!

Hi dave, great weather for it. Landscapeing tomorrow but all i really want to do is get my own place square. once i start back at the garden center i dont have much time for home. but its great to have it looking good in the summer(if we get one)

Dont get tempeted to do any heavy lifting ur self or u wont be fit for anything.professor

so whats the big plans then?? tell and inspire us allconversing

Like you said Imelda it's hard to do your own garden when you are working on other's, so your own gets neglected (at least mine did)!

I've plans for paths, raised beds and different levels ext, for the first time I can give it a real go here, and my nephew needs to do something as he's out of work at the moment and idle (my sister says to work him to exhaustion) lol!

Plans are one thing reality is something else but I'll give it a go, was out clearing it today and it felt good to be back in the garden, in the sun, there's great satisfaction in it isn't there?

i absolutely love it. cant beat raised beds save sooo much time and effort. You gonna raise some veg in them?? I dont have much space but I love to eat fresh veg from the garden. I used to have 3/4 of an acre under cultivation ....provided 60% of me veg. miss that.
