sweetowen: Wow! That's cool! I've been wondering lately why the heck I purchased right now. I couldn't sell if I wanted to in this lousy market. But oh well... my friends keep reminding me that now I own property. I'm not 'throwing my money away' anymore. It's just expensive!
Good luck!
Thanks! I was sort of planning to take the rest of the year and finish up all the loose ends and then decide about moving on...but if a buyer wants to appear on my doorstep, I'm all for it!
It's probably a great thing that you bought when you did. The trick now is just to hang onto it long enough for the market to recover.
lovely4u7da: John is funny and sweet and goes to such interesting places always look to see what he has on his mind and what he is doing for the day
The mind is empty!!! Sunday nights are for recharging the batteries. Trip planning is in progress, but the gulf waters are warming up and it will soon be fishing season.
GingerBe: Someone has to try to be part of the solution on here, so this thread is designed to engender good feeling for a change.....
The idea is to say something, good, positive, helpful, or just plain nice, that you believe to be true, about the person above you........
Lets spread some positive energy around here........
Go to your favourite beach or lake or even a stream; sit naked on the shore and blow bubbles and have warm fuzzy thoughts as you watch the bubbles drift up and away...
