skinnyminnypink: Being brave putting this up now cos no one probably around but whatever ... recently made a mistake and posted something on a thread which I really didn't mean to, but was surprised that others on the site should have thought that I was innocent??? we make decisions and choices based on our perceptions of others and their way of communicating on this site, and sometimes, I wonder, are we too hasty? Do we disregard somebody because of how we feel they might be without giving them the benefit of the doubt or a chance to interact?? I'm not innocent or demure or virginal or whatever (nearly 50 and four children!!!! FFS) but did people see something else when they viewed my profile?
we form opinions of people on the forums by what the post and rightly so, thats part of the reason they are here so we can get a greater sense of the others on the site and what type of people the are, we give people there opinions by what we post
