I have tried googling this but getting nowhere so maybe someone here who is from California can help.
If someone is married in Ireland and seperated but not divorced (in the process of it but not finalised yet) can they legally get married in California? Or is it bigamy?
If it is bigamy.... how can it be reported and what is likely to be the outcome?
The new "wife" in this case is Californian but now living in Ireland with the bigamous husband.... who is still not divorced from the first wife.
