RE: have you ever taken illegal drugs

I can say I was just about as bad for 3 years and that was enough. Thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ I escaped my addiction by going cold turkey. The fact that I was also facing, and eventually did 8 months, prison really did alot to straighten me out!

I have been clean for 18 years now!

RE: Bed

It's been years for me, but I prefer to have the woman on my left side. This way I can wrap my arms around her on the side I think is comfortable.

RE: New Members here.....LOL....again....

I get nothing but the best from God even if I am still looking HE has not forgotten me. In HIS time!

RE: What is your idea of the ultimate turn on?

A good dancer! OK, a not so good dancer, too. I ain't picky!

RE: New Members here.....LOL....again....

Amen!! I wish you both happiness! You both look like your solidly planted in the Word!

RE: Do you admire anybody on line?

Yeah! And it may come to an actual meeting. She is coming to California and Florida and I just may go to meet her.

She's not only pretty but she is also fun to e-gab with. We'll see what happens. She just may want to be friends only and that's ok too.

RE: Rock n Roll

I have a great day everyday! I don't know when I had a bad one. Even when I was recovering from cancer it didn't seem that bad although it really was!

Yes! My days&nites are great!

RE: HAVE AL QAEDA WON D WAR IN IRAQ??????

My exact feelings! How many factions have pushed their ideology "to victory" in the history of the world and how many have failed eventually! This will certainly include Al Qaida if they "win". There will always be another group more vicious who will think that Al Qaida are wimps. That's the way it is in the Middle East. They love killing each other.

To answer the original question" No, I don't think Al Qaida has won anything. We have ALL lost! America should have never been in Viet Nam and we should have never been in the Middle East! We have ALL lost.

RE: finding someone thru a web site

If the Salvation Army is in Australia they have great success in finding people for you!

RE: Will the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim win this year?

I forgot! Did you happen to see Haren's pitch? It was only ankle high and Vladdy still sent it! He's done that so many times but I still am amazed at his batting!

RE: Will the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim win this year?

Well, I said it earlier and I'll say it again: "They miss Vladdy"! His 2 run homer beat them last nite and I smiled while eating dinner at my favorite restaurant thinking about this thread.

That's ok. Win or lose I love them. And, btw, knowing Mike Scoscia personally I couldn't root for anyone else.

RE: Will the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim win this year?

Well, they beat Texas last night so they gained a game. Tonite, not so good!

Gotta root for them anyway!!!!!!

RE: Why, Why, Why?

In summer why do we try to keep the house as cold as it was in the winter when we complained about the cold, sleet and snow?

RE: Will the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim win this year?

I don't think they will this year! They miss Vladdy Daddy too much. Look where he's put Texas! But I don't care because I root for them win or lose!

RE: Why do men seam to have a dim view of women that already have children ?

I've never made her having children a problem. It's always been the other way around for me. I suppose we sometimes just pick the wrong people!

RE: What are women good for?

I happen to know that women are good for many things and it's not all domestic stuff! So I ask, didn't we all have a mother? Was she not, in most cases, always there for us? Need I say more?

For Mom! teddybear

RE: Soulmates.... Have you ever thought you found yours ???

Yes, I believe I did. She was the easiest person to get along with and we just did everything together. It was so many years ago but I still think about her!

HOWEVER, I have been communicating with a sweetheart of a woman on this site and who knows what will happen!!!!!

RE: What kind of shopper are you?

I voted: hate shopping!

When it comes to groceries I go buy exactly what I need. I buy veggies and fruit and I make my own soups and eat the fruit instead of candy and pastries. I buy honey. oatmeal and bran. I buy a bottle of cabernet sauvignon for the week.

When I go clothes shopping I buy K-Mart jeans and shirts and I know exactly what I need before I buy it. Basic Edition pants and Basic Edition shirts! Fruit of the Loom underwear and white socks.

I accept all clothing hand me downs from my son because he has great taste and he doesn't mind spending dough! The things I used to do when I was young!

Yes, I hate shopping!

RE: why judge from a profile

I guess i don't have too much to worry about since i don't get too many "views"! laugh

RE: why judge from a profile

Please return to the profile shot you had on most recently. It's a very nice photo!

RE: When you can’t dent the message, attack the messenger.

AMEN!!!! Thank you Jesus for everything!

RE: How long do you spend on CS forums?

About an hour or less. I like to move around to other sites as well. Then my grandson and I like to chat on facebook. Usually about a 1/2 an hour a day!

RE: ending a relationship

I wanted to say something, but being a single and irresponsible man I didn't know what to say. But all's well because everyone else did a great job!

However, I will pray for you!

RE: Remember Your First Car and How Much Fun You had In It?

Mine was a '57 Chevy Bel Air, 4 door hardtop, silver, red & black interior!

I now wish I still had that car.

RE: nerdy girls

I read in one of her books that alot of men propose to her. She has been happily married for years and just gets a big chuckle out of the proposals. Well, since I am a big fan of hers I also proposed to her!!! laugh

I mean, I had too. She's one of my favorites!

RE: What's Your Favorite Musical Insrument(s)?

I am Mexican but I have always loved Salsa so I am with you on the conga part. I play them, I still have a set, and I will pass them on to my grandson (who is Japanese, Mexican and Hungarian) and loves the congas too!

I think the best congeros are the ones that play with Ruben Blades!

RE: E-flings?

I believe they are pretty common. And if the "E-flingers" are single then they should go for it if it's a consensual thing. And, yes, I think they can be satisfying.

I personally do not do those things because I like smooching and holding hands, albeit, I haven't for a long time! And I have not considered going on one.

I read the "Dear Abby" columns in my newspapers everyday and it seems like it's a pretty common among married/in a relationship couples where one of them is being hurt badly by this sort of action. The one doing the "cheating" always seems to say, "It's nothing. He's/She's just a friend". But!!! It's still cheating as far as I'm concerned.

RE: Being Late....

I am nearly always early and if not I'll get there at the designated time. I really get annoyed if someone is late but I won't get angry. I just won't be there next time.

RE: Keep ex as friend?

Speaking from my feelings and past relationships I don't think it's wise to keep in touch with an ex. Even more so if there was cheating and lying involved.

The church part is kinda touchy but if you keep your emotions in check and pray to your deity you will get over it.

If you try to stay in touch I think the ex and the new gf just may want to play games with you. Therefor, I wouldn't do more than a nod and smile when passing them. If they respond that's cool. If they don't respond, or if they respond negatively, ignore them and keep away. Far, far away!
