RE: I MET THE MOST WONDERFUL GIRL TODAY

My now 45 year old daughter was the old mans love (and still is)!

This little "accident" happened at the age of about 6 months while she was lying on the bed in her birthday suit and I picked her up and held her above my head.

Within a matter of seconds she peed all over me! It was so funny! My wife and I laffed our heads off!

RE: life happens when your trying to do something else

Bless you for invoking HIS name. GOD will help you. Blessings in your endeavors!

RE: how ant to be my friend

Great blog!

It was all summed up great by this part: "always find the positive points"! Good for you.

RE: If your best friend murdered someone...

First things first: If that happened that person would no longer be my best friend. Secondly, of course I would tell the police immediately because if I say nothing then I go to prison too!

For example, at the present time here in my city there is a (now ex)police officer and a (now ex)prison guard being tried for kidnapping, raping, and other charges where the (ex)police officer was the perpetrator and the (ex)prison guard was the accomplice because he acted as a watchout for the perpetrator. The(ex) prison guard is facing a multitude of charges because of this.

RE: People Watching.....

Science fiction, maybe? That opening statement on your "comment" was exactly what science fiction is about. People steal lines from your ideas!

If you think Stephen King is a weirdo then remember that he's a RICH weirdo and he writes stuff like that that is really entertaining!

I personally do not think it's weird but quite a talent to be able to make a person see your thoughts! Think seriously about it is my advice and don't give your stuff out free! Write it in a journal!

RE: Wine & Journey (2)---Vinegar

52 years ago I lost "my true love Priscilla" to my best friend. I was so sad and when I used to hear the song "Tears on my Pillow" I would get sad all over again. I chuckle about it now because it was such a silly teenage thing. I think that was the last time I was sad when I "lost" a girlfriend.

After that I learned you just have to refuse to get hurt and I didn't need booze to get over it. I just went out the following weekend and met new babes!

Now, at 70, I just go out and dance and come home alone. It's less complicated and besides I'm too sleepy at 11 pm to really care that I need a babe in bed with me. That's the advantage of getting old!

RE: Do women prepfer older men?

I can't really say I prefer a younger woman. I would say this, however, that when I look at a woman I don't notice her age but if I get interested I will look with great care. I do not want to date someone as young or younger than my 45 year old daughter but I would date a 55 year old woman. That is young enough for me. Because at age 70 I don't really want to get into the "young hassle" thing anymore.

When I was a younger man, 44 years old, I lived with a young woman of 22 for about 5 years. We had a great time because I was still able to do the crazy things we liked doing. But, and again, at age 70 I have slowed down considerably but I still love_2_dance!!!!!

RE: WHY DO SOME PPLE DONT LIKE SPENDING ON REASONABLE

Mr. Umeakuka, just learn to say "No" kindly and with a smile. Eventually, they will get it!

RE: Friends

About 7 years ago, or thereabouts, cancer started to invade my body. I became tired and ornery all the time. I didn't want to get along with anyone and I was a Christian going to church and being cranky with alot of people at church. But after the cancer was stabilized it made a completely different man out of me.

Fortunately I have had the opportunity to go back and apologize to many of the people. And fortunately, and blessed, I have been forgiven and in many cases the crankiness was not even remembered!

Thank you Jesus for your love an grace. All credit and praise go to You! Amen!!

RE: WHY DO SOME PPLE DONT LIKE SPENDING ON REASONABLE

You have to be charitable, but that's not charity. What would be charitable in this case would be just to say "No" kindly and smile. There's a difference between being charitable and being a doormat!

These "dudes" need to learn how to budget their money and quit being sponges! I can fathom their right to have fun but not at my expense.

RE: We have the perfect life and we hate it!

Years ago I had a great job and I had everything and more. Then that went sour and I had nothing. I moped for 10 years about my losses then one day I really woke up. I accepted the LORD and HE has given me everything I need!

I work in a 9-5 job with nothing to bring home like worries. I come home and do the computer thing, I go dancing twice a week, and I go to church alot!

I no longer get calls in the middle of the night with problems at the company, no more deadlines to meet, no more bad boss, no more anything that really used to get me down!

I kinda feel like my fisherman brother!

RE: We should help each other socially

You are in the right by asking God for His help. It is said: "Ask and you will receive". And when will God fulfill this? Again: "In His own time".

Just be patient and get all the information you will need to make the decision. I understand that trying to get into another country can be pretty hard sometimes.

And yes, I also do pray to the Almighty God of Abraham to help you in your decisions and your journey as well! Amen.

RE: THE GROUNDED ROOTED ROMANS 8 CHRISTIAN

Hypocrites in church! Then that's where they belong!

I don't do right all the time but I am forgiven and with my personal relationship with Jesus Christ I will believe and will mature.

Good post, goatee1120.

RE: WHEN YOU STAND BEFORE THE JUDGE GOD AND JESUS

Amen! All praise and glory goes to God Almighty! One couldn't ask for more than that in life!!!

RE: On the journey of self improvement.

How about starting to go to church and beginning to believe in GOD if you don't do so now! My contribution is the Holy Bible!

RE: When you thought I wasn't looking.

My parents are long gone but I still think about them with lots of praise & Glory for GOD because HE gave me them to me!

I cannot remember one bad thing they ever did to me. And even though they didn't show love I KNOW they still loved me because they were so kind!

RE: insecure

Just go ahead, young man. Contact her, set a date, get as sharp as you know how (i.e., shower & spit shine), take her some fresh flowers, show up a little early, don't expect an answer right away because your not being graded like you would in school, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!! Have fun. And repeat each and every time if you 2 hit it off!

If it doesn't work out? Then THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!! Don't mope! Get over it quickly because there are alot more women out there! And many say "No". And it's not personal.

RE: Facebook

Everyone makes mistakes! Now stop beating yourself up and move on from here. I am sure there is another man waiting in your future.

Just to let you know that on this issue I side with you. The ex gf was way out of line. But now you'll know what to do next time. Pray for the ex gf because she needs it!

RE: 1st date turn-off's

It's funny ypu should ask that. And I think I already blogged about this before.

On another website this lady wanted to go dancing with me. So I accepted and we met at a neutral site and all that stuff. When she got there it kinda looked like the lady whose profile I had looked at but the profile shot must have been an old one because she had aged about 10 years. Or, and this is what I really thought, that the one in the profile sent an older sister! She was nice enough and I had dinner with her and we danced. At the end of the night I gave her a hug and that was that. I don't intend to see her again.

RE: 2012. Doomsday revisited.

I think I will believe in what God says: "I will make intelligent men become become unintelligent..." & "In end time there will be false prophets...." & "No one knows the time and date. Only the Father"! Amen

RE: WHAT DO U THINK IS THE PURPOSE OF LIFE

For me, the purpose of life is God! And, no. I do not believe in reincarnation nor have I read "Life & Death".

RE: stars

I do. I'm from a Colorado town near the Oklahoma panhandle and the stars can really make you stop and wonder all about them if you stop and look and study the sky. The satellites orbiting are quite a show, too.

Yeah, know what you mean about the soothing effect they have on you!

I gotta kick outta this one!

Hi! Thanks for your comment. I ask the Lord Jesus Christ our Living God to bless you and your loved ones abundantly.

It doesn't matter what other side is I accept she didn't want me to e-mail her and that's ok. God gave us all free will and she is exercising it. Furthermore, I read the profiles for hints of things like brotherhood or sisterhood in Christianity as I stated in my blog. And whether that person needs encouragement and if they are also open to witnessing. And the most important part: I don't continue if there is no response.

Thanks again for your response. And I hope you read this because this way you won't miss out on the blessings I have petitioned the Lord for. Amen

RE: NEW TO THE BLOG

Just have fun and say what's on your mind. There's lot's to blog about you just have to think about it a little then type away!!!!!

RE: Think about it.

How about just getting along and respecting each other without any bossing around. Then if marriage is in the future consult the Christian bible for better understanding of who leads the family and why and the importance of the woman in marriage.

RE: Hey guys, will you travel to meet that special lad

I agree with you. Long distance romance is not the way to go. Long distance friendship, OK! But I also agree with the previous comment, i.e., taking out a loan is not a good idea. Save the money up if you really want to connect with a certain lady.

I didn't even see the typo error. I took it for granted you meant "lady" and that's what I saw!
