I believe in GOD and will continue to believe because at my age I have experienced many bad times and I also saw how I came out of them. There is no way I could have made it without HIM!

And if someone is pushing religion in your face then tell them that it is not the way GOD wants you to talk about him. Paul, the apostle, and one of the greatest pastors in Christian history, walked away many times because of the unbelievers disinterest.

If you don't believe then it's your choice because, again, God has given us free will. I choose to believe because I do not want to risk my eternity and I want to love my neighbor. Yep, that's all of you in this forum and in the entire world! Amen!!!

You are right on with this answer. You, also, are a Christian. Pray to the LORD for strength. It is in Eph 6:10-20. It has worked for me and it will for you, too!

If you do not attend church then I urge you to. There you will find alot of homebodies that don't do the club scene and that sort of stuff. But you have to be serious about church life.

It all depends on what your doing on this site. I think one can be with a significant other and TALK to people on this site as long as it's proper. HOWEVER, if it's bothersome to the one your with then you should stop or discuss it with them.

Being 70 I must say that young for me would be 60 with a dash of hope maybe a 50 year old woman. So, clearly, I do not see any problem in dating a younger woman. What may be the obstacle is that you will have to find a woman that feels the same way. What matters here is what you want to do and you don't need my permission. So ask a young woman out. She may surprise you.

Actually I like rainy days. However, in California it sometimes rains for days and days and days! After about a week it stops, but by that time I'm cold and I'm moving around like a lizard looking for a hot flat rock to lay on!

I really like the warm rains. That's when it feels comfortable for me.

I dated this woman on another website. When I met her in person she did not look like her profile photos either. It was as though an older sister showed up. Heck, we had dinner and danced and we had a nice time but I will not ask her out again.

You do not have to anything else because you stopped talking to her. It's all in the past. And you do not have to feel guilty.

I know what you mean, I started picking the collard leaves because something was munching them and I thought I'd better beat that bug to it before the leaf is a skinny stalk pointing in some direction depending on where it started growing.

It would be a shame to let a President serve one term. What can he or she do in four years? However, I think there will be a woman candidate this next term. But my real choice would be a Green Party candidate. I think Republicans and Democrats have had enough terms served!

For the first time ever I have decided to grow a garden. I have some tomatoes, chili peppers, squash, red cabbage and collard greens! These are all good to combat cancer (especially the collard greens) I am already munching on the collards in my daily vegetable soup!

Yeah, sometimes. When I was a young man I dated after my divorce and it was pretty hard for me sometimes. Some women just didn't like my kids (I had 3) and didn't want them! It bothered me somewhat but after awhile it didn't matter. I started seeing the kids more often and I did all this cool stuff with them.

Now I am 70 and the kids that were tossed aside grew up and this is what I got. My 3 kids are all college educated. They have great spouse's or significant others. All of them have great jobs. And they love me so much I cry tears of joy just thinking about them. My oldest daughter has 2 kids that just adore the heck outta their Gramps and me them!

You won't lose and that's a guarantee. Me? I still cruise alone and have a great time dancing with all the young babes about 60!

I can't say Portland is a bad place to continue your quest for a date or a marriage partner.

I flew there to go visit my beautiful daughter and her family a couple of weekends ago and I visited some pretty cool places like Powell's and some nice restaurants and Portland seemed pretty well populated with really nice people.

Maybe you should look around more in Portland! Because, speaking for myself, I saw many, many pretty women there.

Professor Campos here! I send stuff out all the time and I get very few replies. Who cares! Just have fun and talk to the ones who do. I like to dance and I always open my message as an invitation to go dancing and dining. The truth of the matter is I just don't appeal to most of those women. But that's ok too! Like I said, just have fun!
