Ya my uncle is not well his wife died like 20 years ago he is now 74 he just stoped living when she died!

I am sorry to hear this. If is is advice you are seeking the best I can say is to have your uncle see a doctor.

Clinical depression is the result of a brain chemical imbalance.
There can also be other factors and different types of depression.
