to do to unwind and relax .
I used to go for a massage every week or every other week
Havent had the luxury with the money circumstances lately
But I do love to go for long walks and listen
to an audiobook on my ipod its like a meditation
to me like sanctuary in my head .
I love to go to the gym and blow off some steam
on the treadmill and lift some weights maybe
a swim a while in the jacuzzi and sauna .
