Lately Ive been listening to audiobooks about Entrepreneur's
like "the forbes 400 all the money in the world"
I find stuff like that very interesting

but i usually write it all down.. if its something unimportant i rip it up but if its something that will happen again i store it and read over it to make sense of it all

I go for a long drive with some good music. Doesn't matter about direction.
I go to my best mates and hammer all the issues out over a cuppa.
Or just run with the ipod on full blast. Was having a lot of problems a while ago and got SO fit from running all the issues away

I was listening to "life after death" pretty vague but
interesting stuff the very issue has humans asking
questions about the afterlife or if there is one .
Ive listened to higher self but havent listened to that in a while so forget what its about obviously its about a higher conciousness
but since Its been a while its not fresh in my mind .

when i'm feeling stressed or annoyed... i like to walk up this one particular mountain in killarney where i am from... its the best feeling in the world reaching the top and seen the views of kilarney and the surrounding area...but the best part is jogging down... such an adrenaline rush to brain lol but i really feel good after it...or a walk in the park is good too to relax me or the gym then a swim and top it off with jacuzzi awhhhhhhhh lol

I worked in a job a few years back and the place stressed me out big time,the people in the place, its hard to explain. but anyway I picked up a punch bag with gloves, hung it up, and 5 or 10 mins twice or 3 times a week and i was like a new guy.
