was meant to be on the computer all night, so i went to take some pro plus because i felt sleepy but accidently took some sleeping pills so i fell to sleeo and have only just woke up,. whoops
Always read the label... lol. So I guess you will be up the whole night now then after your power nap ?? 
probabaly, the dose of proplus is 1 or 2 but i took 3, so what ever i took 3 of knocked me out thas for sure. next time i think i will check the label and yes will probably be up late tonight.
