google women drivers insurance ireland and see if they are any companies who offer only ladie drivers insurance as the Uk has a load of them, Hope you get a good deal . I'm still driving on my provo licence and I'm 33 (Im rubbish at the test but still passed my bike test first go and that was crazy hard) and gave me a great deal and I'm driving a nice lil car.
