Some are good ie a few but I agree there seems to be loads at the moment.
Well people it's definitely something to consider I have been going for a month now and apart from laughing lots at the classes, I can honestly say that I have noticed my "derrier" has definitely gotten firmer and has also risen since before I started the classes....now you can't argue with results like that can you

If you have never heard of it before google it and I promise you won't be disappointed .... I had the DVD's at home for the workouts and its just like dancing in a club with fantastic music........
