You could try a tomato based sauce or a tasty nut butter??

nice pasta.. u could make a lovely mushroom / onion .. fresh tomatoe and basil sauce . and garlic if guest likes it .. just dont sautee garlic 2 early :))))
vegetarian lasagne ..home made potatoe .. salad .. dresssing and chips or wedges ..cant go wrong
vegatarian or vegan? if not vegan you could make lovely brie and salad sarter...
oh and loads of wine .. lol
