No, I don’t know huttenkase, but I agree that quark with chopped salt mushrooms can be very good with rye bread. Or if you want dessert, then quark with strawberries (or some other berries) and cream, and some honey perhaps…

Actually, a healthy plate of mixed salad would do just fine
Macaroni based cold dishes with salad after a day on the beach is a treat as well.
