wexlady41: Not necessarily... but the ones who have the "courage" to chat up a woman in a pub usually are.

Note I said Usually... not always!

I think the problem lies in that some of us need some dutch courage to chat up a woman. We just sometimes overdo it with the dutch courage and its only after we are talking drunken gibberish at her that we realise we had a bit too much dutch courage laugh doh

you said in ur reply...'take note i said usually' i was just pointing out the fact that i hadnt actually read ur earlier post where u used the word usually. i was simply posting a comment on blackadderslady's post, who did not use the word usually. If she had used the word usually i would have thought that was a fair enough comment and not bothered making a comment myself, if that makes sense. There is no need for you to get upset. i was simply pointing out that i hadnt read ur earlier post

Yep that sounds about right. And by the time you realise you've overdone the dutch courage... she's long gone.

don't get out that much these days and would rather meet someone in a 'normal/humdrum' situation than a nightclub!
plus if some guy hits on you in tesco and he has 5 bottles of whisky and 2 packs of pampers in his trolley, it gives you a heads up!! lol

So he's tall drop dead gorgeous.... grin (just like me)
