Crying takes the intensity out of it for me... and then I can sleep. It's always, always-- even it's just a little bit-- better in the morning.

Yep crying is beneficial and cathartic, but I find I only cry nowadays at things outside my life, you know......sad movies or distressing news on the tv. Perhaps that´s a good thing though!
