were you doing 9-11-01 right now at this moment in time..

I was sharing a cup of coffee w/ my roommate and of all days to turn on CNN, which was not my morning routine, I did it for some reason.

I remember seeing the first plane hit the WTC and a short time later the second tower and the Pentagon, the field in Pennsylvania...to the heroes of that day..my heart goes out to your courageousness and patriotism and sacrifice..nobody has forgotten and never will

I want to say a personal and heartfelt thank you to the service men and women of the US, UK and other brave countries who selflessly give of themeslves and keep our country and WORLD safe. America is not the only country with a military...today is a day which the WORLD should pay its respects to the brave and the lost and never forget what matters most in life..which is to me, human kindness, compassion, tolerance and acceptance.

Let's move forward..heal and never forget the dear price of our freedom.

I was working for us air in security at Charlotte douglas airport,scared me,everyone kind of went crazy for a while,airport was on lock down....

I was working in downtown STL..MO, no planes, no noise, no nothing, it was the most quiet I've ever experienced outdoors in my life. Today was strange too..there were no planes, trains or interstate traffic..it was so quiet when I went outside, you could have heard a pin drop.

To those who died needlessly in every conflict of the world from the time of Hammurabi to the time of Obama.

But I disagree with your last statement, just because you assume we're free.

I was in bed and my ex shook me awake to watch the news.
