SereneGreen: Anyone got any or any funny stories to go with them?
I've three scars on my right hand - long story when I was 6 involving a steel gutter and a dustbin, half cut off fingers and had to learn how to write again
Have a small scar on my big toe, dropped a ceramic swan on my foot in SA twice the size of me (meant to be a plant holder) when I was trying to put it in the pool to see if it would float...even back then I was too inquisative!
Small one on my nose from having it pierced years ago
And a scar the full length across my torse from an operation, i kinda like it, call it my Go Faster Stripe

Small scar on the palm of my hand from sticking a screwdriver into it and a scar on my chin from cycling into the front of a parked hi ace years ago!!
I'm covered in scars, especially on my arms from bad burns.
I have a wonky finger nail from where I cut the whole thing off on a rather hungover day at work. Not a pretty site seeing your finger nail sitting on a chopping board!
I also have about 10 scars on my stomach from 3 seperate operations.
None of them bother me at all. I just don't like when I get a tan and am left with lots of tan/freckle free lines on my arms!

Oh ive a few war wounds,im actually very accident prone!Most memorable,is when,5 or 6 years ago i went on a blind date.Only 2 hours into the date,went to the bathroom in the pub where we were,in my new killer heels,slipped on tiles,split my head open,ambulance had to be called.Me and blind date in a & e while i was getting stitched up,nurses pissing themselves laughing hearing it was our first date.He then had to come back to my house,sleep on the sofa as the nurse says i couldnt be left alone incase i had concussion.After all that he still wanted to see me again but i was too mortified!

Never thought about that,think you hit the nail on the head,jeans and square heeled boots instead i think!Leave the killer heels at home
I do not want to end up in a & e in Galway covered in blood! Ive also had a broken arm,leg,and nose...not all at the same time.. latest was holding the blades of an electric carving knife while still plugged in...pressing the on button instead of eject blades button...ouch...as i said im very accident prone...
Knee (from soccer) and calf muscle from tom foolery as a kid - 30+ stitches each
