Someone told me today I should eat aload of Bovril or Marmite........has any one tried this, does it work?

strong garlic capsules in your blood for a few weeks before you go, makes your blood bitter, they dont like that.Taking garlic will cause your skin to secrete a natural insect repellent.
also citronella oil, dabbed onto pulse points....
do the 2 girlie.
i burn citronella insense sticks before i go to bed, and have a mossie net...

mosquito repellant, smells awful but protects you
Hi there iv done some traveling in asia mozzies are not my friends either.but if you go to a cemist and get sum tiger bam theres two versions of it one you rub on to you body about two weeks b4 u go and the other is like a nasel inhaler same thing use it 2 weeks b4 go get both and bring with u theres sumthing in it that just repels them my friend got tablets of sum sort of his doctor b4 we went and he was fine also hope that helps just one other thing dont forget ur injections b4 you go have a gud time

omg, garlic is sooooooooooo good for you, i cannot recommend it highly enough.
yoy wont reek in it, take a capsule, they grand.
it works trust me, i have travelled to many a mossie destination and this works.

I have heard of the Bovril / Marmite thing its something to do with the salt or yeast I cant remember
cut back on all sweet things for a few weeks before you head off

Nah not going to bother with shots , ive researched alot into it, and Im going to just take the tablets and tonic water.
Get some Avon Skin So Soft Body spray in Forest Glade fragrance. Any Avon rep will tell you about it or you can get it in ebay. It is so good as a mossy repellent that even the Army use it.

Eat a bannana before you go to bed as they hate the smell of bannanas and they will smell it of ya and leva ya alone.More Threads
