It would have to be legalised on an international basis, one country can't just legalise cannabis on its own as it would become a magnet for drug tourism, there would have to be international cooperation.

I didn't know 6 states were on the verge of legalising the weed, I thought it was just California, maybe some states are considering legalising weed for medical purposes only.

Yeah, its already legal in a few for medical purposes, Nevada, Arizona, Cali... can't recall the others at the moment( bloody short term memory)
