What, we going to have a spelling Bee...you gonna give us a word with letters missing or maybe a list of incorrectly spelled words. What is the purpose of this thread? To tell people they can't spell in English. Try spelling in a foreign language to you. See how well you do!!!!! Oh! BTW...all capital letter is considered to be shouting and rude.

I guilty as charge, but that's what spell checker is for. My excuse is that I grew up speaking a foreign language and yes I was born in the states.

Technically, both forms of the word can be used in this instance. The two-word form should be used if one can not and/or can do something (having the ability to do something and choosing to either do it or not). The one-word form should be used when one cannot do something no matter how much one desires or tries. If she chose can not, it would imply that she knows they have the ability to spell correctly but simply choose not to. Cannot would imply that she knows they do not have the ability to spell correctly. She cannot know either way, and so either form is correct.
As for OP's thread title, grammar and punctuation
,I personally would have paid a little more attention since the complaining is specifically about spelling. It's all good though because some people can and some people cannot spell. ------ This thread is Archived ------

I think what she is saying here is that there are PEOPLE WHO PRETEND TO BE ENGLISH, CANADIAN OR AMERICAN... BUT ARE NOT... and she can tell by how they spell.
And I do believe this is the case... to the point of even using English type names... happens to me as well. While their English might be quite decent... not just the spelling, but sentence structure or inappropriate use of slang gives them away... also noticed if you mention that they are not who they claim, they disappear
