A person is legally considered a dependent, if they stay in full time education...up to the age of 23yrs.

ruffy80: if they go to third level and study full time they have no income and lots of more expenses,fees etc so you have no argument there at all.


That should be scrapped, no wonder the country is in the state its in when we are paying 3rd level students childrens allowance roll eyes
only in ireland would you have some ridiculous rule like that
