I swear one of these years I'm gonna steal someone's kids and have toyshow night the way I used to when my kids were kids. All in PJs, big bowl of home made popcorn, pringles, sweets and fizzy drinks.

oh i remember that,kids use to be waiting all wk for it, and we use to record it and i was still watching it in june

Thought it was excellent,, Tubridy had kids from all over the country and all social backgrounds, had the recession in mind by showing cheaper toys for kids and the acts were very good,, that ten year old on the piano was amazing, I will be buying my nephew one of those helicopters for christmas but think I will have to spend most of christmas morning showing him how to fly it properly 
all in all a great show and a part of our Irish culture that is unique and a treasure.

i really enjoyed .it I think he was nervous for the 1st half but then got into the swing of it..my 2 fell asleep at 10.... but i have it tapped so they'l watch it tomorrow...

They always get some good stuff at it but I think year was particularly generous.
I would love to go to the toy show. Went to the late late show, but not the toy show, years ago.. when Gaybo was still doing it. It was the year they released choc kimberley so we all got a tin of them. Got tickets to Leopardstown races and a Jimmy O Dea cd.
