I have realized that I can be so busy but still not have done anything. Why do I say that? Well I go to work,uh huh. Gym,but haven't been in a few weeks,was too tired. And thats it really,so I'm busy with work and the gym,but when do I do anything else.
I read something in "chicken soup for the Soul",which made me want to devote so much more to me.
So I decided to try it. So far,some days it a lil difficult,but I'm going strong. Check it out:
1:Do something nice for someone 2:Do something for myself everyday 3:Do someting I don't want to do that needs doing everyday 4:Do mental exercise everyday 5:Do physical exercise everyday 6:Do an original prayer that always includes counting my blessings.everyday
Actually the funny thing is doing something for myself is kindda hard,but today,I'll give myself a pedicure,should have done it ages ago,tonight.
I packed up a whole load of papers I needed to get in order,had to do it for so long,didn't take as long as I thought it would woopee.
Ohh something nice for someone was hard today but I did get some info for my bestfriend.
My mental exercise,my goodness I have to think so much at work,but I'll read a chapter or 2 of my book tonight.
My physical,wow I've become abit lazy,I didn't exercise this week so far,so I need to fix that.
Ohh and my prayer,it so interesting how simple some blessing can be and yet how meaningful,I thank my god everyday now,sometimes I am distressed but he understands my heart.
what do you think,do you think you can try some of these. Some people on here complain about being lonely,lets try this together,maybe we can compare notes.

I have been trying this for the last few weeks and feeling great,so happy and I think it works,so days it is hard to do all 6 but its been fantastic. And I have always prayed but now I feel closer to god in my constant conversations with the father.
