Well when you are at work example,you have to act a certain way or you will get fired....Like the customer is always right(he usually never is.
)we have to make him happy so he will be a happy customer and come back.example not working...say you are in the grocery store some one bumps into you and gives you a dirty look like it your fault.....you can say excuse you,how rude
