Em, how about a Czech bar or go to Dublin instead!
one of the best irish bars was in downtown new york still have memories of that place they know how to party ,cant help with prague

i was there back when i was 16 was a lovely city.. cant remember where the irish bar was but it was right beside an english one was great craic all together 
i know that doesnt help very much but sure i just know id love to go back

There is a great bar right in the middle of the main drag..cant miss it,Its a big sports bar..Im not a hundred percent but I think its called the shamrock..lots of big screens and music etc

Fantastic city. I loved it when I was there. I seem to remember a very prominent Irish bar when I was there, right on a big square. I would say it wouldn't be hard to find it, especially on Paddy's Day

Yes Prague is a beautiful City. Didn't come accross an Irish Pub but found some really good Czech ones. The best beer I have ever drank anywhere....

ya.... stay away from um....plenty of better bars...and a lot cheaper
