In that case, you'll end up paying double, the trash stalls (casuals) are cleaned out by the treasure stalls (permanents) and then marked up to sell to the late comers. I used to like going over to Croydon market until it closed in 2010, I remember going to it when there were cattle yards, you could collect coke bottles for a refund and when their were food vans way back in the 70's. It's sad to think Aldi taking up car parks meant the market wasn't allowed to use the space anymore after 40+ years of history.
