Hi i am new to this site, and i thought i would just say hi and just ask a question on your life style. do you take your health ,diet and fitness level seriously not wanting to judge anyone, just like your opinions and your ideas, most people i deal with are at the ages of 40 plus to their 70s trying to stay fit and healthy, and they get given routines which they can do them at home, after each fortnight they come beck in show us how they do the routine and ifwe think their levels have improved we add more to there routine and this continues until we get them do a 45 minute routine, which helps movements in joints and back with out putting any physical stress on the body. So are you fit, healthy and have a good diet or are you like the old T.V advert of Norm in the lounge chair having a tinny and a pie saying come on Aussie Come on.australia

wave Welcome

I am not a couch potato but I don't really look after myself too well either, usually too busy looking after everyone else. roll eyes I gave up smoking and became an active member at the gym a couple of years back doing circuit training, boxing and a few other programs here and there but I think the boxing gave me an RSI in the shoulder. It got so bad that even a brisk walk was painful, so I have backed right off the exercise now. blues I loved doing it. Even now years later, if I hang 2 loads of washing at a time, it starts aching. My diet is not a planned regime and I refuse to make it so. I love good food and I am not going to compromise on that as it is the only vice I have left and I figure life is too short to go without some pleasures. grin

i can understand where you are coming from, also as i pointed out there are programs that are not physical, as we deal with people who have osteoporosis and arthritis, the programs are printed out for the person showing a diagram and instructions, so it is easy for one to do at home, nothing to stressful , by the time you reach the full program it is 45 minutes a day,it may take you 3 months to get to the level, but it is safe and monitored , most gyms have this program .
