Also in France muslim women are far more likely to get married earlier, not work, have larger families than French christian women, France will be a muslim majority country within 60 years thanks to falling birth rates amongst French christians and high birth rates in muslim families in France.

Yeah, Holland too I think, this does have implications for European culture in fairness.

Holland is another country where multiculturalism has failed and where they are having problems integrating muslim immigrants, there has been an electoral backlash against large scale immigration in working class areas in Holland for a number of years now. Geert Wilders is quite popular in working class communities in Holland. Rotterdam is now a minority white culture.
Here'a an excellent video on the likely future increase in muslim immigration and the impact on western culture, it is going to be terrifying for future generations.
howlingwolf: Islamophobic ignorance is symptomatic of people who don't understand what is actually going on in Europe and who is driving it.
Can you name me one country in Western Europe that has benefitted from large scale Muslim immigration, Jews have made an enormous contribution in Western cvountries and have contributed a lot more culturally, economically, technologically etc than Muslims have.

I have absolutely no problems with liberal minded muslims, I'm just asking the hard questions that I'm entitled to ask.
Also another question What have mainly Islamic countries achieved economically in the last 100 years when compared to mainly Christian societies in the last 100 years?
Sometime the truth hurts. One can't be politically correct and must confront hard truths.

Economical achievements are not everything in this life ! People are people no matter what their colour or religious beliefs. To me it look like the underdog has started to fight back. Not everyone supports America's heavey handed and bullying tactics. JMO

I'm completely opposed to any American intervention as regards foreign policy, I believe America should solely concentrate on domestic policy, however, I believe the Arab world needs to look at itself in the mirror and ask itself some soul searching questions, "why have we achieved so little economically in the last 100 years, why is Islam incompatible with democracy" would be a good start.
I would welcome Islamic immigration if muslim immigrants had the same liberal values that exist in western society but until Islamic societies modernise alongside western society norms then I will be an unapologetic supporter of limiting muslim immigration into Europe.
You might also like to know that mainly Muslim societies don;t have a good reputation when it comes to treating non Muslim minorities take for example Egypts Christian minority or Lebannons Christian minority as two examples.

That all sound fair enough ! I personally don't like the way they treat their women !!
blarneykite: But that's only now, when the moors ruled spain, the muslim world was far in advance of the "WEST"..... The real question is who benefits from the ongoing "hatred" between the two major religions.... If there wasn't money being made from it, it wouldn't be happening... as for the stonings..... the catholic church did that too, and far worse and would still be doing it if they had their way
I agree with you up to the 15th or 16th century mainly muslim societies were far more economically and technologically advanced than Western European (mainly Christian) societies, then when have these roles completely reversed in the last 500 years.
1) Is it down to lack of democracy? 2) No vibrant feminist movement in the muslim world. 3) Little or no separation of mosque and state in mainly muslim societies. 4) Also there are no universities in mainly Muslim countries that feature in the top 200 university list.

It's recognised that one of the biggest mistakes of modern society( from the point of view of the ruling/wealthy, has been mass education... when everyone has an education, everyone has the wherewithall to ask the pertenant questions......Governments do not like this... I CAN ASSURE YOU

Good point, the Pakistani government prefer that children are educated in sectarian Madrassas as they can't fund a state education system because they piss it away on their military. When the taliban ran Afghanistan from 96 till 2001 they wouldn't allow girls to have an education.
I also believe literacy is a huge problem in the arab world.
