Tell your phone company you don't want those calls and they'll record your instruction in the national directory database.
If the bank phonecalls are on behalf of your bank, they may relate to you ticking or not ticking an option when you set up an account with them. A call to your bank should stop them.

Yeah, have gotten a few recently. So annoying, it invariably happens at dinner time.
