I understand what you mean about the online dating thing. When my fella and I went on holiday a few months ago, we shared a dining table in the hotel for dinner with two other couples. One couple asked how we met. We told them and it was sheer horror to them, it would seem. They then commented on how the Internet is full of perverts, miscreants, halfwits and misfits, etc, etc.
Admittedly, its a jungle out there, but such a disjointed and misguided view of something that has its benefits and positive side as opposed to being thought of as such a negative and ill-reputed thing (usually by those of little knowledge)...?
It doesn't matter about the "vehicle" by which you found your someone special..... you found her!!
