May be anyone here can help me with a piece of advice.
My child's father is an EU country citizen working and living permanently in UK. I am an EU citizen as well (different from my child's father), and at the moment resident with my child in my home country with perspective of working abroad some time. And yes, we are not together.
If the mutual agreement will not work out, how is the monthly child support calculated from the child's father? According to UK laws? Or his home country laws? How can I officially apply for the child support since the Child Support Agency is dealing with kids only resident in the UK.

I already talked to them, they deal only with the kids residing in UK. Which is not my case. Also my country's equivalent agency is dealing with the kids who permanently live in my country. But due to my profession I can be and will be posted anywhere in the EU or oversees. So the only one who has permanent place of residence (UK) is the child's father.
