That a fantastic walk Pedro, have done it several times over the years, on ocassion at night on the way back from O'Sheas(now the martello) to delgany... Fair play to you, it good for the head and soul
pedro27: jaysus 20 km is long too...i have a blister now, its painfully when i walk now, true the right foot wear is needed
I know I paid the price afterwards ,but it was so fab . The wind in my hair , sun splitting the trees . I didn't want to stop , but I was worried about it getting dark.
You will be grand Pedro , just don't let the blister burst
stanley8m: Fair play to you,, I have done the cliff walk from bray to greystones and back a fair few times, park in a little side road off the seafront and it takes me about two hours there and back,, great views and looking down on the train going through the tunnels is like having a life sized train set. We bring a pair of binoculars along for a spot of whale watching along the way.. seen a few over the years. Keep up the good work.
thanks man..what type of whales there? i did see lots of seals at the coast part

But amputating your legs was a tad extreme, was it not
jbomf: that probably would have been easier, its strange though i can eat what i want now and as much as i want and can't put on weight
that's probably because your metabolism is way higher now and you burn off the energy as opposed to storing it as fat... fair play Jimbo... great achievement
