Some excersise first: Swiming, walking my Dobe. Then doing a couple of relaxation exercises: stretching like a cat, then lay down and just breathe.
I like to watch a hour program on tv: mystery or Masterpiece Theatre.
Then ready to put on a nightie, light some incense, then the Dobe jumps up on the bed and gets under the covers. A cat is nearby and I dose off.
