simplest: take a moment off from whatever i was doing, smile and say, life is good, everything is going to be alright :)
15 mins: a hot bath
30 mins: hot bubble bath with a glass (or maybe 2) of wine with cented candles
1 hour: read the newspaper/magazine with some beer
3 hours: read a book in a quiet cafe while having a coffee with some cakes
or when having a bf: making out with cuddlings and snugglings and kissings teddybear

g33kgurl: cool!! what musical instruments do you play single4?

Bass clarinet, clarinet, alto sax, tenor sax, flute, piccolo, guitar, bass drum, snare drum, keyboards and now have taken up trumpet and Glockenspeil. I teach music to kids from 9 to 11, so have to learn these instruments in order to teach.

I enjoy hiking in the hills and decending to the sea via the cliff paths. You can walk for miles on deserted beaches, maybe do a spot of fishing off the rocks. Other times its a spin on my ole honda shadow.
