Not an economist, and hardly an expert on it,-but as a taxpayer, and part of an economy,I´m very concerned..Now,economy is a difficult thing, and can be debated from 1000 different angles,-but I´ve been wondering,-are we just lying to ourselves?

Isn´t it about time,to be honest, and realize that the game is over,so to speak?

Facing a "new" recession,(we never left the previous one),all tools we can think of are used,to solve this coming crisis...Problem is,the toolbox is empty.....

Almost every nation, has for the previous yrs, created massive national deficits,to finance "stimulance" packages,-but it hasn´t helped at all,in contrary,-it´s been a failure..Even worse,-as this tool won´t help and money´s running low, what can be done...

And hand on heart,stimulating what?

Constructed, useless, unnecessary jobs,-just to keep people busy?
It can be succesful for some time, but it can´t be in the long run..And besides, isn´t this just pushing the problems ahead...Because the old days, when West(and elsewhere),where producing, manufacturing countries are gone,-mostly,-and will never come back again...

So no stimulances can help!

Are their any other problems except this,of course,-too many to mention here, but we only have to look at the historical low interest rates,(as far as I know),-and they can´t hardly get much lower, and they have hardly been stimulating....

And even worse, stimulances will only raise the inflation level, that´s already too high in most countries....

So,where did the economic recovery go,-well,nowhere,-there never really was a recovery,-the problems where just pushed ahead, but I do believe that we reached the end of the road..All hard work and desperate attempts won´t help,-for a short time maybe, but not in the long run...If stimulances haven´t helped at all, what will?

Yes,I´m pessimistic, and I do believe that nothing can help,-I might be wrong,-but I´m sure we´re singing our swansong....
