I plant & grow vege: the contact with the earth regenerates me, I like looking after the plants as they grow and bare fruit and always thank them for it.
I paint paintings: they are the essence of whatever personal development work I'm doing at that moment

I meditate
I ponder
I do nothing and practise not feeling guilty about it!! It feels great!!

My recreation is indoors... I refurbish donated computers and give them to kids whose families cannot otherwise afford one.
It re-creates me every single time I see the smile on some little childs face when they find out the reason they were brought to me was to receive a computer they can call their own.
It might be called selfless service... but the feeling I get each time is tremendously heart warming

Sweet.. that's indeed heart warming...most of the times, we receive more on our giving...when you give, you receive something as well..not that you give to receive..but..it's a candid blessing I guess... :D
