heavensmile: when im angry, i used to keep quite, not talk till they say sorry and aware of their mistake. But I still do my responsibility and care of them. I know this is not good, the best solution is to discuss and solve the matter, but sometime our anger make it not work.

Hi, Heavensmile-Yes, I was like you/ I would stay quiet because I do not like confrontation. The best thing to do when there is anger is to leave and come back later to discuss the issues when both of you are calm. It is also good to write your feelings and let your partner read it. Through writing you are able to express your feelings more freely and it is a form of self therapy too.

I like this idea too. I never liked to argue, and my partner always knew when I was angry because I would get *very* quiet.
