Helping people who are less fortunate than you, can be elderly folks who need a hand like mowing their lawn or helping carry their groceries to the car. Just simple things can put a smile on peoples faces. Or shouting your friend out to lunch cause you feel like it.
Just smile at people when you pass by them.
