Try too but there are some days u just feel like pigging out like id my first day of lectures 2day 9 to 5 straight and had chips and burger for dinner this evening soooo hungry Lol
i try to but i love my food and im addicted to chocolate

I changed my eating habits and times , I walk and cycle a few miles some weekends . I don't stick to a rigid diet of certain things but eat moderately the things I enjoy . I don't watch my food, I eat it
I don't eat fruit or veg, I smoke too much, drink too much and don't exercise (apart from walking the dog!!). Am I healthy? Probably not. Am I happy? Hell yes

To be serious for one second, I wouldn't say I have an unhealthy diet, I just don't fit into the "norm" when people talk about a healthy diet....if it's green, I don't eat it

There must be soemthing in it missus i dont eat fruit or veggies either lol but id drink them and love veg soup... but i excerise loads sooo .....

I'll only eat it if its liquidused although they say that liquidising takes the flavour out of the suop but its still nice
