Just wondering who has life insurance and if so what would you recommend?...well me learning to spell would be a start as I can never remember how to spell recommenddunno
I want to look into getting life insurance with a provision for taking care of me if I end up with a terminal illness or something.....dont want to be a burden on someone else...
Sorry if this is a depressing thread...just wondering who else might have done this or set up an insurance policy to provide for their own care?

Oh yeah The REM song is because I am still in mourning over REM breaking up and also cos I love Michael Stype cos he seems like a bit of a lunatic and I can relate to thatcheering rolling on the floor laughing

Possibly have alzheimers already...think it would take more than putting a few quid away to provide for medical care though..dunno

I took out life insurance as soon as my first child was born....to my way of thinking it meant if anything happened to me he would have something put away for his future,it also covers hospital stays, serious illness and accidents. All you need to do really is ring a few companies and they will send a broker to you to go over the policy they can offer you, wait till you have seen a few and pick the one that best suits your needs.
If you are worried about who will control the money if you are unable to do it you can appoint a trustee that can deal with the insurance compny on your behalf

this gonna sound awful..but certain illnesses guarantee you a medical card.. (not that i hope you would get them or anything, see i told you that sounded awful....) but its true, so your medical expenses are covered... so i'd be on the same page as F&F cause all insurances are a scam.. there is always some catch.. throw some money into a credit union account every week and take care of yourself. :)
