Tease is right, raw fruit is lovely juiced, esp if you add a few grapes and an apple. They contain lots of antioxidants, and make you feel great.

Ok on reading this thread I have had a brainwave.. I have just decided to create an alcoholic drink distilled from celery and brussel sprouts. the more you drink the more weight you lose and you can smoke 80 a day while you are getting pissed and never get cancer,,,,

I used to frequent a tiny country bar the smell was eye watering at the end of the night from the MEN (I know women don't fart stan!) drinking Guinness.
