I can't watch any of the vids, so from that which you explain, a both a build up of ice and the melting of the polar ice caps causes wobble.
Can you explain how this apparent incongruity happens?
This is all theory Jac. It's believed that the slow and sometimes sudden flip of the Earth on it's side maybe caused by the build up of ice at the poles. At least it may be a factor of many. Right now, we are seeing a rapid deline of ice melting and sea levels rising.
When the Tsunami struck Thailand a few years ago, Scientists were able to detect an increased wobble of the Earth.

To add to the confusion of the above information, the earth is liquid inside and is suseptable to moon gravity. In fact, the reason why the moon is only seen on one side is because it too was liquid at one time and the earth caused it's liquid rock to cool with one side more off centered towards the earth's pull.
That our liquid center would remain in motion of sorts to the moons gravity is obvious.
The inside of the earth is radioactive so, that, as well as vulcan activity will ensure it remains alive for billions of years yet to come.

johnaustin123: The ice is melting at a rapid rate.
Yes. And, it also grew at a rapid rate. In fact John, as you probably know, it went as far south as Texas and, was a couple of miles thick so, obviously ha been melting for over a million years.
That said, your comment on the wobble is quite possible as ice wighs about a quarter of what water weighs and, more when it is under terrific pressure such as what two miles of it would produce.
Thus, the weight of ice on the land can be immense and, possibly produce this 'wobble' you speak of.

NAKEDMUDPEOPLE: How did earthquakes become wobbling? Look, all I want is 24 hours and you can have the rest!
They got wobbled by John suggesting that the wobble creates them which is quite possible. I'm thinking about having a wobbly pop myself right about now as I only have about ten hours to enjoy missing Friday night cause I work tomorrow.
I live right on the shoreline of Lake Erie. The Great Lakes were formed by the melting Glacial ice. 6 miles from where I live is where the Glacier stopped. {At least that part of it} It formed the surrounding hills and many caves near Chapin Forest. On Johnny Cake Road, there is a cave with primitive cave men drawings.

Big salt mines there a well from an ancient sea right?
I didn't go to Hawaii this winter. I have a friend living in my house now. He pays the Property taxes and maintenance. All things considered, we are having a mild winter in Ohio.

Ah, thought you lived there. And ya, we're having a great one here as well. No snow so, while my snow clearing is not making huge my trucking is. Hedge betting rocks!!!
johnaustin123: Morton Salt and International Salt, 2 of the largest salt suppliers in the world. The salt mine tunnels extend 4 miles under Lake Erie.
I had the opportunity to be in the tunnels in 1989 as a security camera Technician. Incredible experience.
I imagine and, it's geological history at it's best!!! Who would ever think that the Great Lakes were that essential to the world's history?
Many of you have seen this video before. It has a couple of the 7 dirty words determined by the FCC to not be broadcast over public airwaves, so beware. This is what George says:
Again, our world after the Great Flood was one Continent. Earthquakes and other terrestrial influences (comets and meteors} divided the one continent apart. New Zealand and Japan are privy to that right now.
The Philippines experienced an Earthquake that woke every one up yesterday. In the US, we have not only the San Andreas Fault, but in the future, it's predicted the major Earthquakes will occur in the central US. The fault lines that changed the course of the Mississippi river are still active. It's also predicted that with the recent and active fault off the east coast of USA may cause New York City to be underwater...all of our continents break into smaller pieces as time goes by.
