Phoenix: Same as normal..but will get better when I pick up my oldest daughter this evening in London.
Have a great weekend with family Phoenix.
Had a busy morning at work ... then a lovely afternoon with friends ... playing with horses and cuddling puppies

Had to go into town today but my knee was so painful I couldn't shop properly. GRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Ended up buying naughty things like smoked salmon,hot cross buns and crunchie bars, so I will eat myself pain free.
