Can you remember an experience that made you feel really great?
One I can remember is sitting on a headland talking to an old english couple. The husband was dying and his one last wish was to see a humpback whale. So I pointed down below the cliff and there was a mother humpback whale and her calf swimming as close to shore as I have ever seen. The couple screamed shouts of joy and both of them burst into tears and the man grabbed me and cuddled me crying all the while like a baby. This of course got me started crying as well, and for the next five minutes we all stood there watching the whales, and as they swam off, the mother rolled over on her side and waved it's fluke up at us.
More tears followed and then the man turned to me and said, I can die in peace now!
Got a shiver up my spine by telling this again. gotta love those good memories- true treasure!

Trying to think of, but nothing special comes to my mind. Yours was good though!

Well, seeing a sea for the first time at the age of two! It seemed to be a miracle to me! Then, when I got skates and learned skating, it was great too. Shining ice and I am able to slide over it! Then a very cold morning with bright stars and I was walking to get milk from the farm. I always remember those stars and snow, it was may be over minus 20, the sun had not yet risen and I seemed to be alone on the earth. I was may be 9 years old. A bit scary, but great. Us children picking sweet, warm wild strawberries. A boy in my class standing in for me when I fell and twisted my ankle. The others laughed. I was 10 then. That boy liked me and I liked him, but my parents moved and I had to change the school. When I think, that was the only time in my life when there was a mutual affection between me and a guy! Yes, when I start thinking, there are some nice memories, but actually they don't mean anything to others because they are just little sweet things, nothing grand.
