A complaint has been made about me a work. Me.. who would sell my child to feed the poor. Isn't it amazing that no matter how stressed, busy, put out or tired you might be its always the negative side of things you hear back.
Anyway, I have to reply in writing to the complaint, which by the by was forwarded to the General Manager and if theres one thing i absolutley love its writing, so im sharpening my pen and unbuttoning my lexical dexterity and the gloves are off.
