as i said Jim before i go im just curious, maybe its a one off site im never rude or too forward in mails yes i have my off days but im usually a happy go lucky bloke
I have been one here a few months and found it one of the most frustrating sites . Its almost impossible to get a reply of any sort as the possiblity of chatting and meeting someone is frankly out of the question . On another site in one week i had two meeting organised one of which i have high hopes and an answer to at least 50% of my mails so i have to ask why people bother here
The Forum seems to be another matter , if you are in the clique thats cool but if not i wouldnt bother saying anything you will either be put down or ignored , im not saying this to annoy anyone its just a fact i have noted
i've had a really bad knee injury after dislocating it playing rugby a few years ago and got to point where i gave up most types of training anyhow met a team-mate in belfast who was in worse condition than i was a was bloody shocked how good he looked he told me to try the new vibro-plate plan , within two months pains in my knees are at worse just sore but no great pain , i've played golf three times already i actually still cant believe the difference , you should look into them if recovering from injury
its amazing when you think about it , heres a disaster belfast build an unsinkable ship that mmmmm sinks so what do we do ...damn lets celebrate it lol only in ireland
its actually fairly simple just cut out all the carbs after breakfast , so no bread , rice , pasta , potatoes or noodles and after two days you will surprised how easy , last years i lost 3 stone this way in about 4 months it is as for the juicer the ones i like
2 oranges 2 apples 2 pears and 1 lemon
3-4 carrots 1 apple ( its actually a lot nicer than it sounds )
oh and a breakfast smoothies is great
2 apples 2-3 bananas half a pot of the large natural low fat Yogurt and a spoonful of wheat-germ

I actually have just read that full report , there is no evidence given that woman are looking this , it was an under cover reporter saying she wanted a terminal because it was a girl,3 out of the nine clinics said they still would do it , so 6 said no !! there was no figures at all if this is being done as widely as they say plus as usual its un-named sources in the NHS and private practises
Im not saying that you hide away and not date again etc all i was saying was if you dont understand how someone can be so hurt then maybe it wasnt the be all and end all ............i've had a couple of relationships that ended however one hurt way more than any other and has taken a while to get over and i sort of realised that maybe i was more in lovewith her than i realised , if i offended anyone sorry
usually when a person cant get why people get so depressed and down after a break-up is the same person whose never really been in love and doesnt know what the feeling is !!!
theres no real answer to that question ....i suppose time is the greatest healer but at present that isnt a help to you but as im sure most on here have found time heals all
can anyone plz send me a very simple link that expains how you put up a youtube video .......try think that you are talking to a five year old whose blind and cant speak bloody english and i may get it lol
